Having finally outsold Ford in 1931, Chevy needed something pretty impressive to keep that lead for 1932. So, they came up with sleeker lines, replaced the 22 vertical louvers with 4 “ports” (wide chrome louvers on each side) and a sleek new grille. They added bullet-shaped headlights, internal sun visor, and a slender chrome trumpet-shaped horn. Baby Cadillac indeed!
Our son is a big fan of the ’32, so he and his now-wife included it in their wedding. It is a stunner, with a beautiful Candy Apple Red paint scheme and Tru-spoke wheels.
